A Guide for Residents(A Guide to Housing and Facilities)
Dear New Resident,Welcome to the UR Rental Housing community.
Please take a moment to read our brand statement.

ゆるやかに、くらしつながる。
- Life, Gently Connected. -
UR Rental Housing has been dedicated to creating
secure and comfortable ways for people to live since
1955. Our journey began as a public institution
tasked with responding to the needs and social
challenges of each era.
Today, we face many issues: declining birth rates,
aging societies, the need to revitalize local
communities, and the growing diversity of lifestyles.
We keep asking ourselves how we can do better, and
how we can overcome these challenges together.
What new possibilities exist for the beautiful green spaces in our communities?
How can shared living bring even more strength and support to daily life?
What can we do to help people from all backgrounds live happily together?
How can we build neighborhoods hand-in-hand with local communities?
For gentler, more meaningful connections.
For spaces where all feel safe to be themselves.
For an even brighter future, we will continue to work with our residents,
to come up with new ways of living suited for today.
Thank you very much for moving into UR rental housing.
This publication explains details of your contract, general rules for living in the apartment block, and explanations about various facilities in order to make your life in this apartment block more pleasurable.
UR rental housing is constructed as part of the government’s housing policy, and there is a need for “residence guidelines” in maintaining the living environment of these communities.
We ask for your cooperation in our efforts to ensure the pleasant living environment for everyone living in UR rental housing. We hope that while showing respect for others, and living in accordance with apartment regulations, you will grant the housing administrators your full cooperation.
If there should be any points that are unclear, please do not hesitate to contact your local Residence Center or other management facilities.
