1．大阪駅「桜橋口」の改札を出て右折します。
Exit the ticket gates at Osaka Station's Sakurabashi Exit and turn right. -
2．改札を出て右折すると直ぐ左手に地下道の入口があるので、階段を下ります。
After exiting the ticket gates and turning right, you will immediately see the entrance to the underground passage on your left.
Go down the stairs at the entrance to the underground passage. -
3．地下通路をまっすぐ進みます。
Continue straight through the underground passage. -
4．HERBISの案内板が見えたら、右方向に行きます。
When you see the "HERBIS" sign, turn right. -
5．右側の通路をまっすぐ進みます。
（ここから左手に見えるHERBIS ENTには入らないでください。）
Continue straight through the passage on the right.
(Do not enter HERBIS ENT, which you can see on your left from here.) -
6．ガーデンアベニューをまっすぐ進みます。
Continue straight through Garden Avenue. -
7．「HERBIS ENT」の柱が見えたら左折します。
When you see the "HERBIS ENT" pillar, turn left. -
8．「HERBIS ENT OFFICE TOWER」の表示のある入口からお入りください。
（右横にBillboard Live OSAKAがあります）
Enter through the entrance marked "HERBIS ENT OFFICE TOWER."
(There is "Billboard Live OSAKA" to your right.) -
9．手前のエレベーター（４基）に乗り、12階までお上がりください。12階のうめきた側にUR梅田営業センターがあります。
Take the elevators in front (4 elevators) and go up to the 12th floor. UR Umeda housing sales office is located on Umekita side of the 12th floor. -
10．UR梅田営業センターにようこそ。
