世界に例のない実験タワーで超高層住宅の快適性を徹底検証

住宅とオフィスビルとでは、同じ超高層建物でも異なる技術的課題があります。集合住宅特有の居住性能・建設技術・維持管理等がそれです。世界に例のない鉄骨造108mのタワーを活用し、特に実地検証が必要な課題の実験・研究を行っています。

Although housing complexes may be a super - highrise housing, it has its own unique technical issues which differ from office buildings such as dwelling functions, construction technologies, and maintenance. Experiments and research on topics that need on-the-spot inspections are carried out in the world’s one and only 108 meter steel tower.
